NELRO is a calming audio app. Tell it how you feel or what you’re doing, and it finds a soundscape to match—from soft electronic music and ocean sounds to rain, focus sessions and gentle guidance.
Do I need to know how to meditate?+
No. You can simply listen. Choose music and nature sounds, or choose guided box breathing, 4–7–8 or 4–6 breathing when you want it. There’s no routine you need to get right.
How long is a session?+
Choose 2, 5, 10 or 20 minutes. Make room for a quick pause, a little reading time, or a slower end to the day.
What can I listen to for free?+
Only ocean, Rain, softly, A softer landing and Quiet focus stay free, alongside two personalized sessions. NELRO Premium opens the full collection and unlimited personalized sessions. Creating an account alone doesn’t start a paid membership.
Will NELRO work in ChatGPT and Claude?+
That’s coming next. Once connected, you’ll be able to ask NELRO for audio in your conversation. The assistant will turn the relevant context you choose to use into listening preferences, and NELRO will match a soundscape from its collection. This won’t give NELRO access to all your conversations or a record of how long you spend chatting.
Can I download NELRO now?+
